Your key duties
As a Senior Consultant, you’ll lead the design and delivery of high-fidelity 3D digital twins using game-engine technology, geospatial analytics, and real-time data integration. You’ll collaborate across our Advisory, Cities, and Buildings teams to create immersive digital environments that support smarter decision-making and more sustainable outcomes.
- Lead the creation of interactive digital twins using Unreal Engine, Unity, and web-based platforms.
- Integrate real-time data streams, GIS datasets, and simulation tools to enhance digital twin accuracy.
- Design scalable infrastructure for data storage, retrieval, and streaming.
- Develop analytics for land use, energy, water, and mobility networks.
- Build visual platforms for performance analysis and sustainability insights.
- Apply simulation techniques for accessibility, density, and traffic flow modeling.
- Use pixel streaming and cloud deployment to ensure high-performance delivery.
- Define digital twin strategies and implementation roadmaps with clients.
- Contribute to proposals, workshops, and visual demonstrations.
- Mentor internal teams and champion immersive technologies across the region.
Your skills and experience
- Degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or a related digital/visualization discipline.
- 6–10 years of experience in 3D visualization or digital twin delivery.
- Advanced proficiency in Unreal Engine (Epic Authorized Instructor preferred), 3ds Max, Vray, Twinmotion, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of BIM and GIS integration (Revit, AutoCAD, ArcGIS).
- Familiarity with IoT, API data feeds, and real-time visualization.
- Experience with pixel streaming, containerization, and cloud rendering is a plus.
