About You
Are you looking to build your career in Finance and gain hands‑on experience in an international environment?
We are seeking an AP Junior Accountant - Europe based in Warsaw or Lublin to support our European entities in delivering high‑quality Accounts Payable processes and contributing to the continuous improvement of our financial operations.
You will collaborate closely with colleagues across Poland and other European locations, while having the opportunity to grow your skills and professional expertise.
Your key duties
In this role, you will support the Accounts Payable function and be responsible for:
- Processing and posting expenses and supplier invoices in line with internal procedures and local regulatory requirements.
- Recording and posting bank transfer transactions accurately.
- Maintaining and updating vendor master data (bank details, addresses, tax information) in accordance with internal controls.
- Responding to vendor inquiries and resolving discrepancies or payment‑related issues.
- Preparing weekly payment proposals for approval and executing bank payments.
- Supporting month‑end close activities.
- Performing AP subledger reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of balances.
- Contributing to process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Collaborating with European entities regarding approvals, coding, and invoice‑related queries.
Your skills and experience
As an AP Junior Accountant, you ideally bring:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounting or finance function.
- A university degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field — or you are currently pursuing relevant studies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with teams and business stakeholders.
- Fluency in Polish and a very good command of English; German language skills are an advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and strong general systems skills.
- A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
