What You’ll Do
- Shape the future of structures by creating designs that combine creativity, sustainability, and technical precision.
- Harness cutting-edge tools and computational workflows—from advanced analysis software to parametric modeling and automation—to bring bold ideas to life and optimize performance.
- Be the voice of engineering in client and stakeholder meetings, influencing decisions that matter.
- Work hand-in-hand with visionary architects and multidisciplinary teams, turning challenges into opportunities for innovation.
- Own the outcome—ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to world-class standards.
- Guide and inspire technicians and other junior team members, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
You’ll be solving complex problems, collaborating with creative minds, and using advanced digital tools to push boundaries and deliver solutions that inspire.
To thrive in this role, you’ll combine technical excellence with a forward-thinking mindset:
Technical Expertise
- A degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
- Experience in structural design
- Experience in navigating the Hong Kong approval processes (preferred).
- Proficiency in analysis software (ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, ROBOT, etc) and BIM tools (Revit).
- Familiarity with computational design and parametric workflows is a plus.
Mindset & Approach
- A curious, proactive attitude—always ready to learn, innovate, and challenge convention.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and clients.
- Ability to balance independence with teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
- Progression toward HKIE / IStructE chartership (or willingness to achieve it).
- Proficiency in English (essential) and Chinese (preferred).
