Your next role – BIM Engineering Coordinator
Join us and discover exceptional opportunities within our digitally focused Building Environments (MEP) team. You'll be part of a collaborative group that embraces innovation, using BIM and advanced digital tools to shape high-performance, sustainable building systems.

Key duties:
Your responsibilities will be extremely varied, but can typically be expected to comprise:
- Producing detailed, coordinated service models accurately.
- Collaborating with the MEP team to deliver quality BIM projects to agreed deadlines.
- Represent BIM at internal and external facing meetings.
- Advising and guiding on the planning and management of advanced Revit techniques.
- Quality control of BIM models and associated drawings, schedules etc.
- Reviewing project BIM BEP’s and EIR’s to meet project requirements.
- Engaging with the wider Buro Happold BIM community.
- Assisting in the development of systems and procedures to ensure effective BIM processes.
- Developing sketches and concepts into drawing details with a good understanding of the engineering practices behind them.
Your Skills & Experience:
We’ll help you meet your goals, respecting your ideas and fostering your creativity, collaboration and innovation.
As an experienced BIM Coordinator, we would expect that you will be able to demonstrate:
- Experience working with Autodesk Revit MEP software.
- Effective and flexible communication skills and experience of working with a variety of collaborators.
- A proactive approach to your own learning and technical development.
- A creative mindset that challenges the normal way of working.
- An interest in digital design tools and scripting to improve efficiency and workflows.
- Experience and awareness of Navisworks and/or Dynamo would be highly advantageous.
- Ideally HND, BSc or BEng in a relevant discipline.
