Your key duties

We are seeking a motivated Associate Civil / Wet Utilities / Roads Engineer to support the planning, design, and delivery of civil infrastructure and wet utility networks across some of the region’s most ambitious infrastructure and masterplanning projects.

As part of our regional infrastructure team, you will:

  • Support the design and coordination of civil infrastructure including:
  • Road networks, pavements, and highway alignments
  • Stormwater drainage systems, surface water management, and flood mitigation
  • Foul sewer networks and potable water distribution systems
  • Assist in developing infrastructure strategies within urban and regional masterplans and prepare and review civil layouts, profiles, grading designs, hydraulic calculations, and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including transport planning, structures, environmental, utilities, and urban planning teams.
  • Assist in producing technical reports, design submissions, specifications, and client deliverables while supporting clash detection, design integration, and corridor optimisation across projects.
  • Ensure designs are developed in line with relevant Saudi Arabian codes, standards, and authority requirements, maintaining design assumptions, calculations, and documentation in line with established QA/QC processes.
  • Support modelling and analysis using civil engineering design tools such as Civil 3D, MicroStation, and hydraulic modelling software.

Your skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in Infrastructure design within consultancy, engineering, or utility sectors.
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or MicroStation is beneficial.
