As a Proposal Co-ordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting bids across the UK, working closely with the Business Development team and reporting to the Senior Bid Co-ordinator. 

Your next role

  • Coordinating bid submissions from start to finish
  • Reviewing documentation and ensuring compliance
  • Collaborating with technical teams and graphic designers
  • Maintaining CRM records and supporting pipeline management
  • Capturing best practices and contributing to bid libraries

Your skills and experience

  • 1–3 years of bid coordination experience
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, MS Office, and CRM systems
  • Experience in architecture, engineering, or construction (preferred)
  • APMP membership or certification (desirable)
