The role can be based in either or Bath, London, Manchester, Leeds or Edinburgh with hybrid working.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our IT Procurement Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for procurement-related queries and play a key role in keeping our IT operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Raising purchase orders and managing goods receipting
  • Coordinating software renewals and vendor communications
  • Maintaining accurate asset and procurement trackers
  • Supporting budget planning and monthly spend analysis
  • Using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) for data checks and reporting
  • Driving process improvements and contributing to team projects

You’ll become a trusted member of the IT team, known for your reliability, accuracy, and proactive mindset. Success means:

  • Handling time-sensitive purchasing requests with speed and precision
  • Ensuring compliance across software and hardware assets
  • Collaborating effectively across departments to resolve queries
  • Contributing to a robust Software Asset Management process

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
  • Confident working independently and knows when to ask for support
  • Skilled in Excel and eager to learn new systems
  • Enthusiastic about improving processes and supporting team success
  • Experienced in procurement or administrative roles (asset management is a bonus!)

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong secondary education or relevant qualification
  • Proven experience in a busy office environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Solid IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams
