About You
You are an experienced HR professional who brings sound judgement, confidence, and the ability to navigate complex situations with clarity. You understand how to build strong relationships within the Polish business environment while operating seamlessly in an international context. Curious, forward‑thinking and pragmatic, you enjoy shaping new approaches and contributing effectively to both local leadership and the wider European HR community. You will also play a central role in driving our recruitment efforts and supporting our growth in Warsaw and Lublin.

Your key duties
- Act as a trusted HR Consultant for our Warsaw and Lublin offices, offering balanced, well‑reasoned guidance across the full employee lifecycle.
- Lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process in Poland, shaping effective talent strategies that support our continued growth.
- Coach and develop a Junior HR Generalist, ensuring high‑quality operational delivery and professional progression.
- Contribute as a member of the Polish Management Team, providing clear perspectives on people, culture and organisational development.
- Collaborate closely with the European HR Team to harmonise and improve HR processes across markets while respecting local realities.
- Drive the adoption, optimisation or implementation of an ATS and/or HRIS, ensuring smooth alignment with business needs.
- Partner with leaders to strengthen performance, development and engagement frameworks that support healthy, high‑performing teams.
- Provide insightful HR data and recommendations to guide leadership decisions in a growing, internationally connected business.
- Maintain up‑to‑date HR policies and ensure compliance with Polish labour regulations, aligned with our values and global standards.
Your skills and experience
As an experienced HR Consultant, it is expected that you would be able to demonstrate:
- 7+ years’ experience as an HR Consultant or HR Business Partner, ideally gained in an international scale‑up or high‑growth environment.
- Proven track record of leading the implementation of an ATS and/or HRIS.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in Polish and English (preferably C1), with the ability to collaborate confidently across cultures.
- Strong presentation skills, able to adapt messages effectively for different audiences, including executive leadership.
- Demonstrated experience harmonising HR processes across several European markets, balancing consistency with local needs.
- Strong commercial understanding, with the credibility to challenge and influence senior leaders constructively.
- A composed, solutions‑oriented approach and the ability to navigate evolving scenarios with confidence and clarity.
- Curiosity and openness to exploring new approaches, paired with the practical judgement needed to deliver impactful, people‑centred solutions.
