We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Group Coordinator to join our Engineering Support Team in Bath. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensuring smooth project delivery and high-quality outputs across the business.

As a Group Coordinator, you’ll provide both project and administrative support to engineering teams and business services.
Your responsibilities will include:
Team & Project Coordination
- Coordinating multidisciplinary reports, tracking deadlines, and ensuring correct templates are used.
- Formatting, reviewing, and producing high-quality documents in line with brand standards
- Supporting bid submissions, CV creation, and project documentation.
- Creating presentations for internal communications and meetings.
Operations & Administration
- Managing IT equipment requests and liaising with IT support.
- Organising meetings, taking minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and team events, including CPDs and away days.
- Supporting onboarding of new starters in collaboration with wider teams.
- Maintaining SharePoint (Magellan) pages and internal systems.
Team Support
- Assisting Group Leaders with expenses and administrative processes.
- Coordinating career development meetings.
- Supporting engineers in using internal systems, templates, and processes.
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re detail-oriented, resilient, and confident in managing multiple priorities. You’ll be comfortable supporting both individuals and large teams, and adept at using digital platforms to streamline workflows.
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
- Experience in an administrative or coordination role.
- Ability to set up and maintain administrative systems and processes.
- Experience supporting teams, ideally across multiple projects or locations.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS).
- Experience working to tight deadlines.
