Your next role 

We are looking for a fulltime candidate to join our Advisory – Sustainable Buildings team, based in Atlanta. Our sustainable buildings team has worked with some of the world’s most innovative clients on many high profile sustainable buildings projects that seek to achieve meaningful outcomes for climate and people. As an Advisory Graduate, you will be technically and creatively challenged on projects that include design support and innovation, high-performance strategies, materials research, energy, carbon, water and waste analysis and modeling and more.


  • Develop energy, carbon, water and waste analysis, studying opportunities to reduce impact and resource consumption, as well as predicting and measuring outcomes
  • Support projects pursuing certification using a wide variety of 3rd party building certification frameworks such as LEED, WELL, Fitwel, ILFI Zero Carbon, Living Building Challenge, etc.
  • Research materials and innovative indoor air quality design strategies
  • Investigate preferred site strategies for stormwater management, external comfort, heat island reduction, improved air and acoustic quality, biodiversity and ecology and enhanced user experience
  • Assess renewable energy production feasibility, research viable technologies, and available funding and incentive opportunities


Your skills and experience

  • A passion for sustainable development
  • Proven interest in the built environment
  • Graphic skills and experience using Adobe Creative Suite is preferred
    Internship or co-op experience at a sustainability or engineering related firm is advantageous
  • Ability to communicate thoughts and technical ideas in an accessible manner
  • Eagerness to learn and work as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong written and oral communications and presentation skills
  • Any 3rd party credentials such as LEED AP, WELL AP, Fitwel Ambassador etc. are advantageous

What we offer 

  • Salary range of $77,000 to $80,000. This will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience
