About You
Are you looking to build your career in Finance and gain hands‑on experience in an international environment?
We are seeking an GL/AP Accountant - Europe based in Warsaw or Lublin to support our European entities and contribute to the continuous improvement of our financial operations.
You will collaborate closely with colleagues across Poland and other European locations, while having the opportunity to grow your skills and professional expertise.

Your key duties
- Support the month-end close process through timely and accurate GL entries and reconciliations
- Perform general ledger postings, including accruals, prepayments, and reclassifications, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
- Post employee expenses and supplier invoices in line with internal procedures and local regulatory requirements
- Perform AP subledger reconciliations and ensure accuracy and completeness of balances
- Respond to vendor queries and resolve discrepancies or payment-related issues in a timely manner
- Accurately record and post bank transactions
- Prepare weekly payment proposals for approval and execute payments upon authorization
- Contribute to process improvements and support automation initiatives
- Collaborate with European entities on approvals, coding, and invoice-related matters
Your skills and experience
- Minimum 3 year of experience in an accounting or finance function
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or currently pursuing studies
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with teams and business stakeholders.
- Fluency in Polish and a very good command of English; German language skills are an advantage
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and strong general systems skills
- A team‑oriented mindset with a proactive and solution‑focused approach
