We are looking for a talented and passionate Façade Designer to join our growing façade team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, high‑profile projects across Asia Pacific, Middle East and beyond, collaborating with leading architects, contractors and international consultants.

Key Duties
As a Façade Designer, you will play a key role throughout the entire project lifecycle, from concept to construction. Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving design excellence through critical, analytical and innovative thinking
- Developing façade concepts and solutions using 2D and 3D design tools
- Translating architectural intent into technically robust and buildable façade designs
- Preparing sketches, drawings and presentations for proposals and design reviews
- Supporting and preparing Building Department submissions
- Assisting in the technical development of façade systems using materials such as
- aluminium, steel, concrete, stone, glass and timber
- Reviewing project specifications and ensuring full compliance with design and statutory requirements
- Ensuring façade design intent is maintained through all project stages
- Coordinating closely with clients, architects, BD officers, contractors and other consultants
- Actively contributing to project meetings and design workshops
- You will be responsible for full drawing packages, detailing, coordination and presentations, while responding proactively to evolving architectural designs and project requirements.
Skills & Experience
Must Have
- Degree / Higher Diploma (or above) in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Engineering or equivalent
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and Rhino (Grasshopper)
- Solid experience in preparation of BD submissions
- Good understanding of façade systems, construction principles and design coordination
- Awareness of sustainability, whole‑life design and performance‑based thinking
- Experience across all design stages, with strong knowledge of Hong Kong and China projects
- (Middle East project experience is an advantage)
- Confident communicator, comfortable working in multi‑disciplinary and international teams
- Professional proficiency in English, (Cantonese & Mandarin advantageous)
Good to Have
- Knowledge of building physics: ventilation, thermal performance, solar gain and glare control
- Basic understanding of façade structural design principles
- Familiarity with BIM 360 / ACC workflows
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior designers
- Ability to mentor, guide and influence junior staff
- Candidate with more experience may be considered as Senior Façade Designer role.
