Your key duties 

To support the planning and delivery of transport and mobility projects, contributing technical input to studies, modelling, and design activities while working collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transport Planner to join our prestigious team in Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Mumbai to work on some of the world’s best and most complex projects. 

  • Support delivery of transport planning and mobility projects across planning and design stages
  • Assist in preparation of transport studies including master plans, access, parking, and mobility assessments
  • Undertake transport analysis and modelling under guidance of senior team members
  • Prepare technical inputs for reports, presentations, and client deliverables
  • Coordinate with internal disciplines to support integrated urban and infrastructure solutions
  • Ensure outputs meet quality standards and project requirements
  • Support client interactions and internal project meetings as required 

Your skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Transport Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in transport planning or transport engineering roles
  • Experience supporting transport planning or mobility projects
  • Working knowledge of transport modelling and analysis tools (e.g., VISUM, VISSIM, SIDRA, Synchro, GIS)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prepare clear technical documentation and presentations
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Good to have

  • Exposure to strategic transport planning or master planning projects
  • Familiarity with international transport standards or projects
  • Awareness of sustainable and future mobility concepts
  • Collaborative and proactive team contributor
  • Curious and eager to develop technical capability
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and quality
