Our Business Support teams play a vital role in enabling our leaders and projects to succeed, and we are now looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our UK+ support community on a 12-month fixed term contract initially, with genuine potential for the right person to secure a permanent role.
This is a senior-level Executive Assistant role offering the opportunity to work closely with executive leaders, providing high-impact, proactive support while contributing to wider business initiatives. You’ll be part of a collaborative PA/EA network of 24 professionals within our wider Business Support group, with clear scope to grow into line management responsibilities over time.

About The Role
As an Executive Assistant, you will be a trusted partner to senior leaders, helping them stay focused on strategic priorities by providing seamless, organised and anticipatory support. You’ll take ownership of complex administrative activity while playing an active role in improving how the business operates. Discretion, professionalism and strong judgement are essential, as you’ll regularly handle sensitive and confidential information.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing complex diaries, meetings, travel, events and schedules to ensure effective use of executive time.
- Monitoring and managing inboxes, prioritising communications and responding or redirecting as appropriate.
- Preparing, editing and maintaining high-quality correspondence, presentations, reports and documentation.
- Acting as a liaison between departments, stakeholders and clients, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Gathering, compiling and presenting data and information to support reporting, planning and decision-making.
- Supporting and contributing to team and wider business projects, providing insight to improve operational effectiveness.
- Continuously reviewing and improving processes and ways of working.
- Supervising, coaching and supporting junior team members where required.
- Managing the performance and development of direct reports in line with internal processes.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience supporting senior or executive-level leaders in a demanding environment.
- Experience managing or coaching others, with the ability to demonstrate positive outcomes.
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks, projects and deadlines effectively.
- Confident working independently, using initiative and exercising sound judgement.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with high emotional intelligence.
- Technologically confident, with strong MS365 skills and a willingness to adopt new tools.
- Commercially aware, with strong business acumen and attention to detail.
- Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- A collaborative team player with a calm, positive and adaptable approach.
- An interest in financial information or data would be beneficial.
