This is a pivotal role where you'll combine strategic thinking with day-to-day operational excellence. You’ll proactively manage projects, schedules, communications, and team development in a fast-paced environment, all while championing the company’s culture and priorities.
You'll also lead and mentor junior team members, helping shape a high-performing support team and ensuring the smooth operation of critical business functions. If you're passionate about enabling others, improving processes, and making a lasting impact—this is the role for you.
Your next role
- Coordinate complex schedules, events, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Review and manage inboxes and communications for executive-level stakeholders
- Liaise across departments, stakeholders, and clients to support seamless business operations
- Prepare and manage correspondence, presentations, reports, and internal documentation
- Provide actionable insights for reports and strategic initiatives
- Mentor and manage junior team members, fostering development and team cohesion
- Improve systems and processes to enhance operational effectiveness
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
Your skills and experience
- High level of organisational and problem solving skills
- Experience working with senior managers
- Ability to take ownership on tasks and ability to work autonomously
- Self-starter – ability to come in and have a strategy on how to get the wheels in motion
