About You
Are you a Electrical Engineer looking to grow your expertise and make a difference on projects across the world? Buro Happold is looking to recruit an German speaking Electrical Designer to join our MEP at our office in Warsaw.
Your key duties
- Coordination of Polish–German projects related to Electrical Installation Design
- Daily cooperation with internal design teams, external partners, and clients in Poland and Germany
- Managing project timelines, deliverables, and technical documentation
- Supporting engineers in gathering project requirements and clarifying technical details
- Preparing and maintaining bilingual project correspondence (PL/DE)
- Monitoring project progress and escalating risks or delays
- Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and quality guidelines
- Organizing and leading project meetings, including drafting minutes and action plans
Your skills and experience
As an experienced Electrical Engineer, it is expected that you would be able to demonstrate:
- Very good command of Polish and German (spoken and written); English is a plus
- Experience in project coordination, preferably in engineering or construction
- Understanding of electrical installation design processes (not mandatory but highly advantageous)
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an international environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
