About You
Are you a BIM enthusiast looking to grow your expertise and make a difference on projects across the world? Buro Happold is looking to recruit an BIM Technician to join our MEP BIM Team at our office in Warsaw.
Your key duties
• You will work as part of a MEP BIM team under the guidance of senior BIM technicians and installation designers.
• Your typical tasks will include developing documentation for different phases of projects, making changes to existing drawings (using AutoCAD and Revit® software), 3D modelling of design solutions in a BIM environment, creating, maintaining and modifying the family base in Revit®, ensuring that the standard of company solutions is maintained.
• As a BIM Technician you will solve interesting and complex technical problems developing your skills.
• Embrace technologies to improve performance and sustainability to meet to net zero targets by 2030.
• Ensure projects are carried out to an excellent standard, within agreed deadlines and budgets.
• Actively engage with colleagues across disciplines, in group discussions and at events and seminars.
Your skills and experience
• University degree in environmental engineering or related field (graduate or in final years of studies).
• First work experience in work related to BIM environment or passion and willingness to develop in this area.
• Good knowledge of English (B2), including technical aspects.
• A mindset to improve one's qualifications.
• Developed interpersonal skills (including teamwork).
• Language skills: Fluent in English and Polish.
