Your next role 

The Knowledge Management (KM) Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting global knowledge initiatives across the business. Reporting to the Global Knowledge Leader, this role provides balanced support to Global Buildings Board, Building Environments and Building Structures teams, central coordination of global the global KM programme, and support for technical communities and knowledge champions.

This is a dynamic role for a proactive, organized, and tech-curious individual who enjoys working across multiple stakeholders and workstreams to enhance knowledge flow and collaboration.

Key Duties

  • Support our global network of Knowledge Managers & champions, helping facilitate meetings, manage our SharePoint sites, develop comms, and roll out training
  • Help manage our technical communities, including facilitation, meeting organisation, following up on actions, and rolling out community of practice training to leaders
  • Provide SharePoint and Viva Engage support to our KM Champions
  • Collaborate on analytics and progress reports for technical communities.
  • Assist in technical training content development and onboarding processes.
  • Support our technical and Discipline Unit Leads prepare quarterly progress reports
  • Support Global Buildings Board activities, e.g. preparing for Regional Discipline Reviews, board meeting materials, and organising our annual technical conference.

Your skills & experience

  • Ability to take initiative and work independently while seeking support when needed.
  • Confident, and capable of managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders at various seniority levels.
  • Clear in verbal and written communication, including presentations and reports.
  • Experience in facilitating meetings and documenting actions to ensure productive outcomes.
  • Comfortable with digital tools such as SharePoint; willingness to learn is essential.

Desirable:

  • Experience working with engineering or technical teams
  • Some experience in a comparable knowledge management or information management capacity would be advantageous.
