We’re looking for a UK Campaigns & Performance Marketing Manager to lead impactful, data-driven marketing campaigns that connect with clients and deliver measurable growth.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll combine strategic thinking, digital expertise, and leadership to elevate our UK marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with UK strategy
- Develop campaign strategies including audience targeting, messaging, and channel selection
- Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively to maximise ROI
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, using insights to optimise future activity
- Act as the central point of contact for campaign delivery across internal teams
- Drive the implementation and optimisation of marketing automation tools, particularly HubSpot
- Improve marketing processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with marketing, digital, events, and commercial teams to deliver impactful campaigns
- Support media planning and work with partners to maximise reach and engagement
- Lead, mentor, and develop a Marketing Executive, supporting their ongoing learning and development
- Stay up to date with performance marketing trends, tools, and best practices
About You:
- Proven experience delivering integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including email, PPC, paid social, SEO, and display
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (ideally HubSpot) and analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading or mentoring team members
- Good understanding of marketing, sales, and customer journey principles
- Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused mindset
