What will you be doing …

This role will see you taking responsibility for the recruitment life cycle for requirements across a variety of teams (technical and non-technical) in India.

  • Strong verbal and written communicator. 
  • Direct recruiting: Working in close collaboration with the Country HR Manager, manage a number of roles for the region
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including a) Job posting and advertising, b) Candidate sourcing and screening, c) Interview coordination and logistics, d) Offer extension and negotiation 
  • Candidate Sourcing: Sourcing candidates by utilising various sourcing strategies, including but not limited to: Online job boards, social media platforms, professional networking sites, and other direct/indirect sourcing techniques to identify and attract suitable relevant candidates. Manage costs per stipulated limits by maintaining a healthy source mix balance across various sourcing channels.
  • Stake Holder Management: Build strong stakeholder relationships working closely with Discipline Heads to a) Understand business needs and talent requirements, b) Develop tailored recruitment solutions, c) Ensure seamless communication and collaboration, d) Ensure escalations to Country HR Manager when needed. 
  • Employee Referral: Manage and promote internal employee referral campaigns
  • Talent Pool Management
  • Applicant Tracking and Data Management: Maintain accurate information on the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) 
  • Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to develop effective sourcing strategies and attract top talent.
  • Diversity and Equity: Work towards the achievement of our diversity and equity targets by ensuring we are implementing inclusive practices and sourcing diverse candidates
  • Recruitment Support: Provide general administrative support to the team

Required Skills: 

  • Strong verbal and written communicator. 
  • Highly numerate and organised with good attention to detail and able to work to tight deadlines. 
  • Successful influencer able to coach and direct senior and junior colleagues through resourcing challenges. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. 
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including Discipline Heads. 
  • Ability to operate in a consultative way with all levels of the business 

 Required Experience: 

  • 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment 
  • Educational Qualification – MBA in HR from a reputed institute 
  • Highly successful in-house resourcing consultant and recruiter who has ideally applied their skills in an international company. 
  • Excellent knowledge and appreciation of routes to market and resourcing tools including managing agencies and use of Applicant Tracking Systems. 
  • Strong market knowledge and understanding of industry trends. 
  • Proven ability to service customers - must be consultative and influential. 

 Desirable Experience: 

  • Previous Engineering / Construction / Consultancy sector experience would be advantageous.
