About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a trusted legal partner within a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment. You will provide commercially focused legal advice across our global operations, with a particular emphasis on non-contentious construction and commercial matters.

Working closely with the Global Director of Commercial, Legal and Digital Risks and senior colleagues, you will support complex projects across the UK and Middle East, helping to manage contractual risk while enabling the business to make confident, informed decisions.

What You’ll be Doing: 

Legal Advisory

  • Deliver clear, pragmatic and commercially aware legal advice to internal stakeholders.
  • Support the identification and mitigation of legal and commercial risks.

Contract Management

  • Draft, review and negotiate a range of contracts, including consultancy agreements, collateral warranties, novations and letters of intent.
  • Provide guidance on contract interpretation and administration throughout project lifecycles.

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to internal governance policies.
  • Support approval processes and manage deviations from standard terms.

Business Partnering

  • Build strong relationships with Project Directors, Partners and internal teams.
  • Contribute practical legal insight to support commercial decision-making.

Process Improvement & Knowledge Sharing

  • Support the development of legal systems, tools and processes.
  • Deliver training and guidance on legal and commercial topics.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with Finance, Risk, HR and Project teams to support coordinated outcomes. 

About You

We’re looking for someone who combines strong legal expertise with a commercial, solutions-focused mindset.

Essential

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales or equivalent)
  • 3–8 years’ post-qualification experience
  • Strong background in construction law
  • Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts

Desirable

  • Experience in general commercial law
  • Exposure to Middle East projects
  • Familiarity with KSA contracts
