This role is ideal for a school or college leaver, or someone early in their career, who is keen to learn and develop their technical skills through a structured apprenticeship programme.
You don’t need to have industry experience, what matters most is your interest in BIM, digital design, and how buildings are designed and delivered.
You will ideally have:
- A genuine interest in digital engineering, BIM, and building services (MEP).
- A strong willingness to learn, develop new skills, and take feedback on board.
- An organised approach to work, with good attention to detail.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and communicate clearly with others.
- A positive, proactive attitude and pride in producing high quality work.
- Good IT skills and confidence using digital tools, or the enthusiasm to develop them.
- Grade 4/C in English and Maths AND Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject, for example:
(Building Services Engineering, Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction or Built Environment, Engineering BTEC, T Level, or Advanced Apprenticeship)
OR
- A‑Levels, typically in Maths plus a technical subject such as Physics, Engineering, or Design Technology
It would be beneficial, but not essential, if you have:
- Studied or are studying a relevant subject such as engineering, construction, design, IT, or a built environment related course.
- Some awareness of BIM, CAD, or Revit through education, work experience, or personal projects.
- An interest in sustainability, technology, or innovation in the built environment.
Above all, we’re looking for someone who shares our values, is excited by the potential of digital engineering, and wants to build a long term career in a supportive, inclusive, and forward thinking environment.
