What’s the purpose of the role?
As part of our growing Sustainability team, the (Senior) Consultant will support a wide range of projects in Poland and internationally, applying advanced building energy modelling and holistic building performance analysis
Sustainability Consultants work across a broad range of consulting projects in Poland and internationally. The work delivered by the team is based on holistic and integrated thinking, supported by strong technical knowledge of the built environment—underpinned by data, experience, and informed analysis.
To strengthen our offering, we seek ambitious engineers who can apply their skills across a wide variety of projects, with a focus on energy modelling, building physics, HVAC systems, and decarbonisation strategies.
A detailed overview of your responsibilities is as follows:
- Perform building energy modelling, simulations, and energy audits for local and international projects.
- Analyse building performance data and propose optimisation or decarbonisation strategies.
- Prepare high‑quality reports, presentations, and technical documentation for clients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across multiple offices.
- Work independently on senior‑level tasks or with guidance from senior staff as needed.
Desirable specialist skills and qualifications include:
- Degree in environmental engineering or a related field
- Understanding of building physics and HVAC systems
- Proficiency in IES VE software; familiarity with ApacheHVAC is expected at Senior level
- Ability to work in Revit and AutoCAD as well as read technical drawings and documentation
- Basic knowledge of regulations related to building energy audits
- Ability to produce analytical and visually compelling reports and presentations
- Good English skills (minimum B2)

- Proactive and solution-oriented attitude; ability to manage time, organise work, and prioritise tasks
- High work ethic, reliability, and meticulousness, with responsibility for the quality of assigned tasks in a collaborative environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork
- Willingness to continually develop and improve qualifications
It would also be advantageous if you could demonstrate the following:
- Assessment system qualifications (e.g., LEED, BREEAM, WELL) with evidence of practical application
