We are a growing global practice of world‑class engineers, designers and advisors, united by a commitment to delivering sustainable outcomes and putting our people at the heart of everything we do.
We are seeking a Senior Reward Analyst to join our Global Reward team on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract, playing a key role in supporting our annual pay review cycle. This is a delivery‑focused role suited to someone highly numerate, detail‑driven and confident working with complex reward data in Excel.
About The Role
Reporting to the Head of Global Reward, you will support the preparation, analysis and governance of pay review activity across the business. Working closely with Reward, HR and Finance colleagues, you will help ensure pay decisions are robust, consistent and underpinned by high‑quality data.
This role is particularly suited to someone who enjoys working at pace, handling sensitive data, and using advanced Excel skills to support large‑scale, time‑critical reward processes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support the end‑to‑end annual pay review process, including data preparation, validation and analysis.
- Build, maintain and adapt Excel models to support pay proposals, scenarios and affordability checks.
- Assist with salary benchmarking and market data analysis to inform pay decisions.
- Produce clear, accurate reporting and summary outputs for senior stakeholders
- Perform detailed reconciliations and sense‑checking to ensure data accuracy and governance.
- Respond to ad‑hoc analysis requests during the pay review, often to tight deadlines
- Support documentation of assumptions, decisions and methodologies for audit and transparency.
- Work collaboratively with Reward and HR colleagues to ensure consistent application of reward principles.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in reward, compensation or reward analytics, ideally including pay review activity.
- Strong Excel skills, including complex formulas, lookups, pivot tables and large‑dataset handling.
- High levels of numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience producing data‑driven analysis and reports for stakeholder review.
- The ability to work discreetly with confidential and sensitive information.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative, supportive working style.
- Experience in job evaluation, benchmarking or reward processes (desirable but not essential).
