Senior Highway Engineer
We are looking to recruit Senior Highway Engineer in our Bengaluru office to manage the design and delivery of highway and linear infrastructure projects in India and internationally, contributing to multidisciplinary infrastructure solutions that are sustainable, technically robust and aligned with client and regulatory requirements.

Your next role:
- Lead design of highway and linear/non-linear infrastructure projects across planning, design and documentation stages.
- Undertake highway designs, Junctions design, drawings, technical reports, specifications and schedules
- Coordinating with transport, Drainage, utilities, sustainability and building engineering teams
- Assist Project Lead/Discipline Lead in technical delivery and mentoring junior team members.
- Assess infrastructure design options, including master planning and corridor studies.
- Apply sustainability principles in infrastructure engineering solutions
- Ensure designs comply with applicable standards, codes and quality requirements
- Support continuous improvement of technical outputs, digital tools and workflows
- Collaborative and proactive team player in multidisciplinary environments.
- Detail oriented with high technical integrity

- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills

Your skills and experience
- 8- 12 years of experience in highway engineering or linear infrastructure projects.
- Strong experience working on multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in Civil 3D, and good working knowledge of BIM, Microsoft Excel, work, PowerPoint.
- Ability to prepare and interpret technical drawings, reports and specifications
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- Master’s degree in Highway / Transportation Engineering from a reputed institute (preferred)
- Progress toward of a professional institution (preferred)
- Familiarity with BIM environments
- Exposure to Navisworks, Dynamo, automation tools, or advanced design workflows
- Experience working on Middle East and or UK projects
- Understanding of sustainable infrastructure design principles
