Join Us as the Welcoming Face of Our London Office.
This person will be based in our London office.

We’re looking for a confident, friendly, and highly organised Front of House Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and colleagues. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering an exceptional Front of House (FOH) experience and positively shaping the first impression of our business.
In this busy and dynamic environment, you’ll ensure the smooth running of our reception area, provide outstanding customer service, and support a variety of administrative and facilities-related tasks.

It’s a role for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in delivering exceptional service, and thrives in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment. Every day brings something different, and you’ll play an important part in helping our office function at its best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and contractors.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and reception queries efficiently.
- Oversee meeting room bookings and support event space requirements.
- Maintain the presentation and organisation of FOH, client areas, and storage spaces.
- Coordinate with Facilities and Engineering teams to report and resolve issues.
- Support office operations including post, parcels, taxis, travel requests and office supplies.
- Assist with onboarding tasks such as access cards and Right to Work checks.
- Play an active role in office events and wider business services support.
- Suggest improvements to enhance the FOH experience.
- Carry out general administrative and ad-hoc duties to support the smooth running of the office.
What We Are Looking For:
You’ll thrive in this role if you are a naturally warm, professional, and proactive Front of House presence who takes real pride in presentation and attention to detail. You’re confident managing a busy reception, handling unexpected challenges with calm efficiency, and communicating clearly with visitors and colleagues alike.
- You’ll be highly organised, able to multitask and prioritise effectively, and bring strong problem‑solving abilities to your day‑to‑day work. As a supportive team player, you enjoy collaborating across the business and stepping in to help where needed.
- Previous Front of House or receptionist experience, ideally in a corporate environment
- Strong IT skills, including confidence with Word, PowerPoint, spreadsheets, and databases
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience managing difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- A proactive approach, strong initiative, and a solution‑focused mindset
