Got a flair for the complex? We’re hunting for a Power BI Developer with an understanding of data solution shooting to join our  Business Intelligence Team based in Bengaluru. 

We are seeking a Power BI Developer to help us turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for our business. You will sit at the intersection of data, technology, and strategy—connecting information from multiple systems and transforming it into intuitive dashboards that inform decision making across the firm.

Your next role

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that clearly communicate performance metrics, trends, and risks across the business.
• Work with data from multiple sources (e.g., Deltek, CRM, finance, HR, project delivery tools) to create robust data models and visualizations.
• Partner with stakeholders in finance, operations, business development, and sector teams to understand their questions and translate them into effective data solutions.
• Develop and manage automated data pipelines, queries, and transformations to ensure our reporting is accurate, consistent, and timely.
• Define and track KPIs that illuminate project performance, client health, pipeline strength, and other core business drivers.
• Continuously improve existing dashboards and reports to enhance clarity, usability, and adoption across the firm.
• Champion best practices in data visualization, data quality, and documentation, building confidence in our reporting and analytics.
• Provide guidance and light training to users so they can interpret and self-serve key insights where appropriate.

Your key duties

• Our ability to grow, plan, and invest depends on having a clear view of how the business is performing. In this role, you will help create that clarity—shaping how leaders see the firm, where they focus their time, and how we allocate our resources. 
• Your work will directly support smarter decisions, stronger client strategies, and more predictable, sustainable growth.

Your skills and experience

• At least 4 years’ experience in a business intelligence, data analytics, or Power BI development role, ideally within or for a US‑based professional services or engineering/architecture firm.
• Advanced skills in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, measures, visual design) and experience integrating data from tools such as Deltek and other enterprise systems.
• Strong SQL and data manipulation skills, with a track record of combining multiple data sources into a single, coherent view of business performance.
• Demonstrated ability to translate non‑technical stakeholder needs into well‑structured dashboards and clear visual stories.
• Comfortable working with large, messy data sets and resolving data quality issues in partnership with IT and system owners.
• A proactive, curious mindset—keen to ask “what is this really telling us?” and to challenge how we define and measure success.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analysis in simple, business‑friendly language.
