Are you highly organised, detail‑focused and passionate about helping people learn and grow? Buro Happold is looking for a Learning & Development Administrator to join our global Learning & Development (L&D) team on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract.

About The Role:

As a Learning & Development Administrator, you’ll provide essential operational and administrative support to the L&D team during this 6month fixedterm assignment, helping to coordinate learning activity across the organisation. You’ll work closely with colleagues to manage programme logistics, maintain accurate data and support timely communication with learners, enabling the team to deliver highquality development experiences globally.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, confidence working with digital systems and an interest in learning, development or peoplefocused roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Learning & Development team.
  • Scheduling learning sessions, coordinating calendars and organising meetings.
  • Maintaining accurate learner records, attendance and event data within the Learning Management System.
  • Preparing clear reports, trackers and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Creating and updating SharePoint pages for learning events and programmes.
  • Managing participant queries and providing timely support to learners.
  • Assisting with monthly learning communications and engagement activity.

  

What We Are Looking For: 

  • Experience in an administrative, coordination or support role.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Comfortable working with digital systems and quick to learn new tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using an LMS, HR system or similar platform is desirable.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint or similar data management tools is an advantage.
  • An interest in learning, development or employee experience would be beneficial.
