About The Role
This is a key change-focused role supporting the migration to Buro Happold’s new intranet. You’ll lead user-centred change activities that help our people confidently adopt new content structures, ways of working and digital experiences. Sitting at the intersection of governance, communications, training and engagement, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the intranet is used consistently and effectively across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead user-centred change activities to support the successful migration to Buro Happold’s new intranet
- Work with project teams and stakeholders to define site and page ownership in line with intranet governance
- Support the migration of existing content and the creation of new content using agreed page templates
- Ensure intranet content, processes and ways of working align with the governance framework
- Design and deliver engaging training materials, including quick guides, videos, walkthroughs and Q&A sessions
- Facilitate hands-on workshops and training sessions to build confidence ahead of launch
- Support Content Owners and Authors to understand roles, processes and publishing standards
- Coordinate launch activities, pilot testing and feedback with the wider project team
- Establish clear communication, training and support channels for site owners and users
About You:
- You have experience delivering organisational change, ideally within a digital workplace or intranet programme
- You’re familiar with content governance frameworks, content lifecycles and SharePoint Online
- You’re confident delivering training, engagement sessions and change communications
- You’re a strong communicator who can influence and engage a wide range of stakeholders
- You’re comfortable facilitating workshops and demonstrations, both in person and virtually
- You’re confident using Microsoft 365, including creating and editing SharePoint modern pages and web parts
- You’re organised, proactive and able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment
