Your next role

Reporting to the Global IT Systems Manager at our UK headquarters, the IT Systems Analyst will provide comprehensive global software support to the business. This role is inherently varied, with typical responsibilities including:

  • Managing risks and software delivery through appropriate testing, piloting, and monitoring of applications and systems.
  • Ensuring existing and new software is fit for purpose.
  • Ensuring existing and new operating systems are functional and fit for purpose.
  • Ensuring software is appropriately patched for security vulnerabilities.
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining support documentation.
  • Performing site visits and occasional out-of-business-hours work, as required.
  • Achieving service and incident request resolutions within the IT department’s SLOs.
  • Advising the IT Leadership team of any issues that present a risk to the profitability or operations of the practice.
  • Monitoring software usage and generating usage reports when required.
  • Attending and contributing to IT meetings as needed.
  • Maintaining a methodical and organized approach to all work duties.

 Your skills and experience

  • 3+ years of experience in IT Systems Analysis, Software Administration, and Support
  • Proficiency in software packaging (via SCCM/MECM) and software license server administration
  • Expertise in Microsoft Windows operating system build and administration
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical and methodical approach
  • Proven ability to plan and prioritize workload effectively while communicating with multiple stakeholders
  • Fluency in English (speaking and writing)
  • Master of Computer Application or Bachelor’s in IT Systems (combined with relevant experience in a comparable role)
