To support the planning, design and delivery of highway and linear infrastructure projects in India and internationally, contributing to multidisciplinary infrastructure solutions that are sustainable, technically robust and aligned with client and regulatory requirements.

Your next role:
We are looking to recruit a Highway Engineer with experience in Infrastructure Projects. Location is flexible – Navi Mumbai/ Bengaluru. You will be a key member of our Infrastructure group to work on projects in India and across the world.
- Working on the delivery of multidisciplinary projects, with technical inputs from numerous disciplines, including transport, energy, sustainability, and building engineers.
- Assisting Project Lead/Discipline lead and developing more junior team members. Identifying opportunities to grow the team and bring new skills into the team
- Contribute to the delivery of highway and linear infrastructure projects across planning, design and documentation stages.
- Prepare highway designs, junctions design, drawings, technical reports, specifications and schedules
- Support multidisciplinary project delivery by coordinating with transport, utilities, sustainability and building engineering teams
- Assist Project Lead/Discipline Lead in technical delivery and mentoring junior team members.
- Develop and assess infrastructure design options, including master planning and corridor studies.
- Apply sustainability principles in infrastructure engineering solutions
- Ensure designs comply with applicable standards, codes and quality requirements
- Support continuous improvement of technical outputs, digital tools and workflows

Your skills and experience
Must-Have Skills
- 4- 6 years of experience in highway engineering and/or linear infrastructure projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. Master’s degree in Highway/ Transportation Engineering from a reputed institute (preferred)
- Strong experience working on multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in Civil 3D, AutoCAD and good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, work, PowerPoint.
- Good knowledge in Indian, UK, US and other international design standards and specifications
- Experience working on Middle East and or UK projects
- Collaborative and proactive team player in multidisciplinary environments.
- Demonstrates attention to detail and commitment to technical quality
- Willingness to learn, improve and adopt new tools and methodologies
- Clear communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills
Good to Have
- Experience in masterplan engineering (highways, linear infrastructure)
- Exposure to Navisworks, automation tools, or advanced design workflows
- Understanding of sustainable infrastructure design principles
