In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative, support to leadership and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless coordination, effective stakeholder engagement, and efficient business operations.

Your next role

  • Provide executive and administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and stakeholder support.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, track action items, and maintain reports, presentations, and business records.
  • Maintain contract trackers, SharePoint (Magellan) sites, organizational charts, and document repositories.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, CPO discussions, cross-functional activities, and stakeholder communications.
  • Manage professional memberships, licensing records, reimbursement processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Deliver and collect project documents at client offices as required, using personal two wheeler for commuting.
  • Support office administration tasks, including record keeping, formatting documents, and assisting leaders with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) requirements.

Your skills and experience

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree/Graduation is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in administration and facilities management is essential.
  • Experience as a Group Coordinator or in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Candidates with experience working in engineering consulting firms will have an added advantage.
