Your key duties
We are seeking a highly motivated Urban Planning Graduate to join our prestigious team in KSA, Riyadh, to work on some of the world’s best and most complex projects.
- Support the development of strategic and spatial plans, masterplans, and urban design frameworks.
- Contribute to research, policy reviews, socio-economic analysis, and evidence-based planning reports.
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to integrate planning, infrastructure, mobility, and sustainability goals.
- Assist in preparing high-quality visual and written deliverables for presentations, client meetings, and reports.
- Stay up to date with regional planning policies and Vision 2030 priorities in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.
- Engage with local context, culture, and stakeholders to inform inclusive planning approaches.
Your skills and experience
- A recent or upcoming graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Urban Design, Regional Planning, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas in reports and presentations.
- Familiarity with planning software tools such as ArcGIS, Adobe Suite, AutoCAD, or SketchUp is a plus.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Curiosity, creativity, and a proactive attitude toward learning and development.
- A genuine interest in sustainable design and making a positive impact through engineering.
