Your key duties
The Graduate Mechanical Engineer plays a critical role in delivering innovative solutions and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. This role is responsible for managing complex tasks and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project success. Additionally, this position contributes to the continuous improvement of organizational processes and the development of sustainable strategies.
- Provides technical leadership and guidance to a team of electrical engineers.
- Acts as a subject matter expert in electrical engineering.
- Manages and leads electrical engineering projects from concept to completion.
- Leads the design and development of innovative electrical systems, components, or products.
- Conducts advanced electrical analysis and simulations.
- Oversees prototyping and testing of electrical components or systems.
- Maintains comprehensive documentation for electrical designs, specifications, and test procedures.
- Implements and enforces quality assurance processes to ensure reliability and performance of electrical systems.
- Ensures all electrical engineering designs comply with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders and communicates project progress and technical information effectively.
- Proposes and implements improvements to existing processes and systems.
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Basic understanding of electrical engineering principles and concepts.
- Familiarity with CAD software and other relevant tools.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic engineering environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
