To provide advanced GIS analysis, spatial data management, and digital mapping support for city-scale and urban infrastructure projects. The role contributes to multidisciplinary city planning, infrastructure design, and advisory work by delivering high-quality geospatial insights that support evidence-based decision-making and sustainable urban development.

Your next role:

  • Deliver advanced GIS analysis and spatial data outputs for cities, infrastructure, and master planning projects
  • Develop and manage GIS databases, spatial models, and dashboards to support planning and infrastructure studies
  • Prepare high-quality maps, visualisations, and spatial reports for internal teams and client presentations
  • Support multidisciplinary teams including infrastructure, transport, sustainability, and planning specialists with geospatial insights
  • Undertake spatial analysis to support feasibility studies, option development, and scenario testing
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of GIS data in line with project and organisational standards
  • Contribute to digital innovation, automation, and improvement of GIS workflows and processes
  • Support bids, proposals, and work-winning activities through GIS inputs and visual materials
  • Maintain awareness of emerging GIS tools, technologies, and industry best practices

Your skills and experience

  • 3 – 6+ years of experience in GIS analysis and geospatial support, preferably within urban, infrastructure, or city-scale projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Geomatics, GIS, Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Master’s degree in GIS / Geospatial Technology / Urban Planning (preferred).
  • Experience in ArcGIS / ArcGIS Pro and spatial data management.
  • Experience supporting master planning, infrastructure, or urban development projects.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to translate spatial data into meaningful insights.
  • Experience preparing client-ready maps, reports, and visual outputs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Good to Have

  • Experience with QGIS, FME, Python, or spatial automation tools
  • Exposure to urban analytics, sustainability, mobility, or infrastructure datasets
  • Experience working within multidisciplinary consulting environments
  • Experience supporting bids, proposals, or digital innovation initiatives
  • Takes ownership and accountability for GIS deliverables and data quality
  • Demonstrates curiosity and continuous improvement in digital and spatial tools
  • Works collaboratively within multidisciplinary and diverse teams
  • Communicates complex spatial information clearly and effectively
  • Actively supports mentoring, knowledge sharing, and team development
