We are seeking a skilled and proactive Document Controller to join our team. This role supports the Major Projects team in managing and coordinating bid responses, enhancing our work-winning capabilities, and driving growth in the Middle East.

Your key duties


  • Manage and maintain all project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Ensure all documents are correctly filed, stored, and easily accessible.
  • Implement and maintain document control processes and procedures.
  • Review and update documents for accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Distribute project-related documents to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track and manage document revisions and ensure that the latest versions are available.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission of documents.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure document control processes are being followed.
  • Provide training and support to staff on document control procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation for handover at project completion.

Your skills and experience


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Document Controller in an engineering or construction environment.
  • Proficiency in document management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with document control software such as ACONEX, SharePoint, or similar.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certification in Document Control or Records Management.
  • Experience with electronic document management systems (EDMS).
