The role will be based from our Bath office with hybrid working.
As a Communications Assistant you will join our Global Marketing & Communications team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping internal communications across our global business, supporting campaigns that connect and inspire our people.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the Head of Internal Communications in creating engaging content for newsletters, presentations, and company-wide announcements.
- Assisting in the planning and delivery of major internal events, including our annual Partners’ Conference and company awards programme.
- Managing and updating content on our SharePoint-based intranet, and contributing to its redesign.
- Coordinating internal communications calendars and distributing updates across multiple channels.
- Collaborating with design teams to produce visually compelling content.
- Providing support across marketing campaigns, including social media and website initiatives.
- Handling team administration tasks such as travel booking, budgeting, and organising team activities.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in a Marketing and Communications team, ideally with a related degree.
- Strong writing and presentation skills, with an eye for creative content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and familiarity with SharePoint.
- Experience with design platforms like Adobe and Canva is a plus.
- A proactive, organised individual with excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Someone eager to learn new skills – whether it’s video editing, photography, or design.
