Your next role

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Associate Wet Utilities Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, design, and management of wet utility systems, including water supply, wastewater, and stormwater drainage. This role requires a deep understanding of engineering principles, local regulations, and best practices in wet utilities.

  • Lead the design and implementation of wet utility systems for various projects.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and technical evaluations.
  • Prepare detailed engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and environmental guidelines.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Conduct site inspections and oversee construction activities to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications.
  • Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and documentation.

Your skills and experience

  • 10+ Years of Relevant experience in mobility planning, including experience working on multi-disciplinary projects in urban development and/or infrastructure
  • Master's Degree or equivalent in planning or civil engineering
  • Ability to communicate and interact comfortably with a range built-environment professionals such as engineers, planners, engineers, policy officials, etc.
  • Critical analytic thinking capabilities
  • Extensive experience in wet utilities engineering, with a focus on water supply, wastewater, and stormwater systems.
  • Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and hydraulic modeling tools.
  • Strong knowledge of local regulations, standards, and best practices in wet utilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
