Your key duties
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Facades Consultant to join our team in Riyadh, United Arab Emirates specialising in major building projects in the Middle East.
- Lead and manage facade projects from concept through to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and review facade designs, perform structural and thermal analysis, and ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing updates on project progress.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate facade solutions into overall building designs.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in facade engineering to continuously improve project outcomes.
- Prepare detailed reports, specifications, and presentations outlining project objectives, methodologies, findings, and recommendations.
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in facade design and consultancy, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Proficiency in facade design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino), structural analysis tools, and thermal performance analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
