Your key duties
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Director to join our team in KSA, Riyadh, to work on some of the world’s best and most complex projects.
- Lead transportation planning and infrastructure projects, ensuring technical quality and commercial performance.
Provide strategic transport planning input, including master planning, traffic impact assessments, access strategies, and parking studies.
Develop and review transportation models and network analyses to support project delivery.
Engage with clients, government entities, and stakeholders to deliver practical and efficient transport solutions.
Oversee the preparation of high-quality technical reports, drawings, and presentations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development activities.
Your skills and experience
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transport Planning, or a related discipline.
10+ years of experience in transport planning and traffic engineering, with a strong portfolio of projects in the Middle East.
Proven experience in transport modelling and analysis tools such as GIS, VISSIM, VISUM, Synchro, or SIDRA.
Strong technical expertise in transport systems, traffic operations, and infrastructure planning.
Demonstrated leadership in delivering complex transport projects and managing multidisciplinary teams
