Your next role
We are seeking an experienced technician who excels in collaborative environments and brings a strategic mindset to complex engineering challenges. Your depth of expertise, initiative, and commitment to continuous improvement will be instrumental in driving innovation across our bridge design projects. Confidence in engaging with multidisciplinary teams and guiding design coordination is essential, as is a genuine passion for mentoring others and sharing knowledge.

Your skills and experience:
- Proficiency in preparing general arrangement and outline drawings for bridge structures.
- Ability to independently review and interpret models and drawings produced by others, including architects, engineers, and clients.
- Experience in setting out civil structures within both 2D and 3D environments.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working within multidisciplinary project teams and engaging with external clients.
- Solid IT capabilities, including familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Competent in AutoCAD, with a working knowledge of Revit.
- Demonstrable working knowledge of BIM processes and standards such as ISO 19650.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Willingness to actively contribute to design workshops and collaborative sessions.
- Experience working across multiple disciplines (not essential)
- Familiarity with Tekla Structures software (not essential)
- Knowledge of reinforced concrete detailing and proficiency with CADS RC (not essential)
- Understanding of BIM principles and prior involvement in BIM-based projects (not essential).
